Cancellation Policy
At E.K. Inspirations LLC, we value your time and strive to accommodate the needs of all our clients. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in notifying us promptly if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment.
• Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and maintain a smooth schedule.
• Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show), will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the cost of the booked service.
• Fee Application: The cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.
