E.K. Hair Artistry by Steph Appointment Policies Thank you for choosing E.K. Hair Artistry by Steph! Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the best experience for every guest, I kindly ask that you review the following policies. Color Appointment Deposit A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all new color appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be transferred one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Color Appointment Cancellations Color appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Haircut Appointment Cancellations Haircut appointments require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the service without affecting the next scheduled guest. No-Show Policy Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
